These terms govern your use of FrameFit: Video Editor (the “App”) and this website. By using the App or the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.

1. The App

FrameFit is a video editor for iPhone and iPad. It requires iOS 26.5 or later. The App is coming soon on iPhone and is not offered for download on this website. Some tools require a FrameFit Pro subscription, as described on the FrameFit Pro section of the site and inside the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent where you live, to use the App. If you use the App for an organization, you represent that you can bind that organization.

3. No FrameFit account

The App does not ask you to create an account or password with Omnia. Optional iCloud sync and project sharing use your Apple ID and iCloud account under Apple’s terms. Server features require an active FrameFit Pro subscription so the App can present a StoreKit transaction.

4. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on Apple-branded devices you own or control, subject to these terms and to Apple’s terms.

Your use of the App is also governed by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these terms on a point it specifically covers, Apple’s agreement controls for that point.

5. Restrictions

You may not:

Copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or reverse-engineer the App, except where the law expressly allows it.
Use the App to break the law, infringe someone else’s rights, or interfere with the App or its server.
Upload or generate content that is unlawful, including sexual content involving minors.
Attempt to access another person’s projects, or to bypass subscription checks.
Abuse the server features with automated requests we have not authorized.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of the video, audio, captions, prompts, and other content you create in the App. You are responsible for having the rights to that content.

For a feature that stays on the device, we do not need a license to your content. If you turn on iCloud sync or sharing, you allow Apple to store and transmit that project as part of iCloud. If you submit a Custom Song or AI Director job, you grant Omnia a license to host, process, and return that material only to provide the feature you requested. That license ends when the material is deleted, except for copies kept as required by law.

7. FrameFit Pro

FrameFit Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription sold and billed by Apple through StoreKit. Some tools require it. The FrameFit Pro section of this site lists what a subscription includes and what stays available without one. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. The subscription renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, under Apple’s subscription rules. Manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple Account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple.

8. Optional server features

Custom Song and AI Director send the material described in the privacy policy to FrameFit’s server. Do not submit content you are not willing to have processed for that request. We may refuse or stop a job that breaks these terms or that we cannot complete.

9. Changes and availability

We may change, add, or remove features, and we may discontinue the App or a server feature. We will use reasonable efforts to give notice of a change that removes a feature you have paid for and that is still inside a paid period. The App is coming soon and is not warranted to be available on any particular date.

10. Disclaimers

The App and this website are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that an export, caption, transcription, or generated song will meet a particular result.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Omnia Data Analytics LLC and its licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or content, arising from these terms or the App. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for FrameFit Pro in the 12 months before the claim.

Some places do not allow these limits. In those places, the limits apply only as far as the law allows. If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you may have rights that these terms cannot restrict.

12. Indemnity

You will indemnify Omnia Data Analytics LLC against claims, losses, and reasonable legal fees arising from your content, your misuse of the App, or your breach of these terms, to the extent the law allows.

13. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend access to a server feature if you breach these terms. Sections that should survive by their nature, including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and governing law, survive.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Courts located in Arizona have exclusive jurisdiction, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court that has jurisdiction, and except for rights you have as a consumer that local law does not allow to be waived.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page and changing the effective date. If you continue to use the App after the new terms take effect, you accept them.
